Accounting online — college on your terms
At UCC, we make it possible for accounting students to achieve their educational goals as efficiently as possible — while receiving thorough, practical training in the fundamentals of accounting and taxation. One way in which we do that is by providing online education alternatives. Students can complete all coursework for the Associate in Accounting and Tax Specialist degree without ever visiting a campus. Others choose to complete some coursework online and some in classrooms at our three campus locations (West Jordan/Salt Lake City, Layton and Orem).

Accounting courses offered online
All accounting courses required for UCC’s associate degree program, as well as the business and general education courses necessary to complete the elective requirements for the degree, are offered online through Globe Education Network. Study payroll, taxation, contracts, business law, economics, finance, business management, communications and accounting online, working with instructors who have extensive professional experience in the subjects they teach.
One of the last courses you take will be an ACAT exam review, preparing you to sit for accounting certification exams and add valuable professional credentials to your resume.
Support for online learners
Accounting is a challenging field. As an online student at UCC, you will have access to the resources you need to master demanding coursework. Class sizes are small, and instructors have the time to respond promptly when you have concerns or questions.
