Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS) degree program
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program at Utah Career College provides students with training in fundamental principles of business and with critical and analytical skills. Graduates are prepared for entry-level employment in management, marketing, finance, human resources or accounting and for successful small business management.
Through lecture, discussion, simulations, case studies and other “hands-on” activities, students learn how to manage a business, manage employees, market products and services, perform basic accounting functions, write a business plan and understand contracts. Core requirements of the Bachelor’s in business administration
The first two years of the four-year Bachelor in Business Administration degree program cover fundamental business and accounting topics. In the Bachelor's in Business Administration program capstone course, a student integrates knowledge gained in all previous courses as the student prepares and presents a detailed, comprehensive business plan.

We offer the Bachelor's in Business Administration online and at three campuses: West Jordan (15 miles south of Salt Lake City Center), Layton and Orem. Some students fulfill some requirements for the program through credit for previous college work, workplace training or military training.
